A four-hour online introduction to the Maverick Script Code, personally led by Glen McCoy.

This practical session gives you a guided run-through of the 23 Moves and the Maverick Action Board, showing you how the complete system works and how you can begin applying it to your own screenplay.

The emphasis is on getting started. You’ll see how to take an idea, begin shaping your story and use the Action Board to give your writing greater structure, direction and momentum.

The session includes breaks, downloadable PDFs and printable workbook/guide pages to help you continue afterwards.

Think of it as your introduction to the Code. For writers who want to explore the system in greater depth, work more intensively on their own projects and receive more individual guidance, our full Maverick workshops take things considerably further.
